About Laila's Traditional Moroccan Cuisine
Our founder, Abdel, is a Moroccan himself. He took up International Foundation Studies in England to improve his knowledge about his own culture. He is fully qualified to trade in any event as he got all the necessary documents required. He is also a member of The Nationwide Caterers Association.
Abdel has been cooking Moroccan food for 10 years now. With his extensive experience and the right ingredients in his kitchen, he is able to deliver Moroccan culinary masterpieces to our clients nationwide.
Moroccan cuisine is typically a mix of Mediterranean, Arabic, Andalusian and Berber cuisine. The cooks in the royal kitchens of Fes, Meknes, Marrakech, Rabat and Tetouan created the basis for what is known as Moroccan cuisine today.
