About Lecker

Our Rice horse trailer has attended small functions, corporate events, festivals, markets etc. I hold a 5 Star hygiene rating for Lecker, am a member of NCASS, use responsible packaging, I hold a Personal Licence for selling alcohol and am vegan myself, so everything on our trailer is and always will be plant based!

Food wise, we specialise in toasted sandwiches (we use a special bread that is great toasted and larger than the standard size) and have an established menu for these fillings. We do like to add specials such as soup or chilli. Throughout autumn, winter months we offer Hot Chocolate with cream and marshmallows. We also sell hot coffee (instant, but organic and fair-trade brand), breakfast tea and herbal tea throughout the year.

Typical Toasted Sandwich menu:

Homemade Sun-dried Tomato Tapenade and 'cheese'
Homemade Caramelised Red Onion and 'cheese'.
Vine Tomatoes, mayo and 'cheese'.

Specials have included : Chilli with tortillas, Kabocha Soup with shelled hemp seeds.

If I am selling alcohol our supplier can provide us with wine which is not only 100% plant based but can also be biodynamic, organic & unfiltered.

We use responsible packaging at all our events from companies such as VegWare and BioPac.

We use IZettle for card payments where a sufficient wifi signal is met.

Please note I ONLY cater vegan/plant based drinks, food and alcohol.

Typical Clients

We can be hired for any small or large event you may have.

We can operate on a cash bar or we have card payment facility where there is a good internet connection.

If you are looking for us to be hired for a private event, all details will obviously be bespoke so these can be talked about in detail in the future. More than likely a deposit to save the date would be asked for and a minimum amount booking/payment would be needed.
