In order to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, we require the date of the event, a description of the event type, the estimated number of guests and the location of your event.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If a customer is looking to hire a provider in my area of work, I would enquire about the ingredients they use and how old the ice cream is. Typically, scooped ice cream can have artificial flavours and colourings, and it's also difficult to identify when the ice cream was made before it's been served. These factors can have a big impact on the quality of the flavour and the success of your event.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We are an innovative ice cream brand using fresh, exciting ingredients to create tantalising flavours. Each serving is bespoke and made in front of the customer. The inspiration for the business came from the lack of high quality ice cream vendors. The benefit of our product is that customers can see the product being made in front of them and also because the ice cream is fresh, the flavours have more depth.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
