Silent Knights Silent Discos provide silent disco hire in and around Falkirk, Scotland. A silent disco is a traditional disco's hardware replaced with a radio transmitter and headphones, allowing a crowd to listen to music at their chosen volume and those without headphones can choose to watch the spectacle of a crowd dancing in complete silence.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We simply need to know how many attendees at your event and from there we can recommend a package. If you want to run the event yourself or require the full Silent Disco service just let us know, we are very flexible and can come up with a package that suits the client best!
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The beauty of the Silent Disco is that it can work almost anywhere, from 5 to 5000 people! What you need to consider is how many people you can host, how many channels of music you require and what types of music you want to play.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Having discovered some of the first Silent Disco's while attending festivals in Holland way back in 2003 we tried to bring over the fun by hosting our own small scale Silent Disco events in Scotland.
We decided it was time to take it to the next level and spread the joy even further and started Silent Knights in 2015!
Since then we have provided Silent Disco's for festivals, nightclubs, weddings, banks, quizzes, house parties and even a nursing home.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We supplied our headphones for a corporate event booked through Add to Event. The event was a huge success and we received some great feedback from the client. Their attendees were hugely impressed by the quality of our headphones, both the comfort and the sound quality. The client has re-booked our services another 4 times!
