I contacted Paul under very stressful circumstances - I had less than a week to organise my brother's funeral and wake. He died young and unexpectedly, and I was receiving hundreds of messages from his young friends wanting to pay their last respects. I decided to use a wood fired pizza service at the wake because I wanted the catering for the wake to appeal to his friends and have an element of fun rather than offer some depressing soggy sandwiches.

Paul was extremely professional. giving me all the info I needed in his first email to save going back and forth multiple times. I quickly decided to offer one one meat pizza and one vegetarian and agreed a price. Paul was available at very late notice, I actually booked him two days before the funeral, which was luckily on a weekday.

Paul turned up well in advance with all his gear and was available to contact by text at all times.. He was flexible with the start time when we had about a half hour delay. His pizzas were amazing and received loads of compliments and he even allowed letters that people had written to my brother be ceremoniously burnt in the wood fired oven at the end of the food service.

I really can't recommend him and his team enough, they delivered all they had promised at an exceptionally good price, and made my stressful job a lot easier.
