Very good and reliable service.
We booked Magic Mirror Parties for our daughter's first birthday. We had Chelsea entertaining our little guests and she was great. She managed to get attention of all the kids, they were very happy dancing and playing games. However, because some of our little guests were still finishing the food during the setup, it seemed that Chelsea was hesitating to start on time until I said that she should just start. We also had to break for a cake time and because it took about 20 minutes we cut out that time from our entertainment time. I hoped we'd still get some 15 minutes after the cake, but the equipment was getting packed and I didn't want to insist. But I just felt a bit dissapointed that we haven't had full 90mins party. Otherwise great!

We do try our best to make it very clear that any time used for cake or food is part of the entertainers time and not taken as a 'break'. I am sure if you had expressed your disappointment on the day Chelsea would have been more than happy to resolve this for you. However we are glad that the children still had a brilliant time!!
