My food is simply made from scratch using fresh, pure ingredients.

FOOD
Taste is key but so is presentation. Not only will it taste homemade and authentic but it will also look luxurious. It is the food that I was brought up on and have been cooking for years. I will never use flavour enhancers.

EVENTS
I cater to many sizes and types of public and private events, supplying starters, mains, and desserts. I can provide food in the form of formal sit-down dinners, bowl food, hot and cold buffets, and party platters. I cater for private dining from cocktail and dinner parties to family lunches– either full service (tableware, crockery, glassware, preparing, cooking, serving, and clearing away) or I can simply deliver the food pre-cooked for you to warm up.

I also cater for wedding breakfasts and evening food and can be found cooking up a storm at festivals and fetes.
I also do corporate hospitality and serve the creative industries at book launches and gallery openings.
