About Old School Sausages
With our gas heated & illuminated high-level spit roast, we can cook many types of meat and poultry giving the audience a mouthwatering visual, as well as aromatic experience.
We BBQ our own sausages and burgers as well as locally sourced cuts of meat & poultry.
All of these can be served in either bread rolls accompanied by side dishes or as a plated meal.
