About Pop the Cork
Pop The Cork has a fully customised bar that is kitted out with neon lights, fridges whilst maining luxuriousness.
Our staff are fully BIIAB licensed and we love what we do. The owner Melissa will help you from start to finish including every planning process along with exciting, unique ideas. She loves helping to create your perfect day and for guests to be part of your day to never forget.
We would love to come to your day or evening, we pride ourselves on excellence and a first class service with over 20 years hospitality providing the very best standards from a packaged bar service, cash bar service and open bar service.
We start by keeping things simple, of one flat rate of hire price.
which includes the following:
Secures your chosen date
Full bar hire for the duration of your day
A Temporary Event Notice to allow the sale of alcohol
Two fully qualified, friendly members of staff to run the bar for your special day
Eco-friendly biodegradable PLA glasses, paper straws and napkins, etc.
We do have the added option of hiring glassware at an extra cost for your day depending on number of guests.
We have five options of bar services that can suit any budget.

Bar Services
The first option would be a cash bar and this would comprise of a normal bar and guests would buy their own drinks.
The second option would be a drinks package priced per person which includes a welcome drink of your choice followed by the guests first drink at the bar through the use of tokens.
The third option would be an open bar for your guests to enjoy your day and night and we would total all of the drinks with a final bill at the end.
The Forth Option is having a contribution bar, this means a nominal amount will be behind the bar, once this has been spent we can revert to a cash bar.
The fifth option is having drinks vouchers, this is giving each guest a voucher for in exchange for a drink at the bar.
For us our aim is to make each event personalised, different and most of all unforgettable.
