You will find us at artisan markets, events and festivals in and around Cheshire. We provide an original alternative for your catering requirements. Gourmet sandwiches, toasties, paninis and oatcakes, all fresh and hand pressed using a variety of flavour combinations. We use our own blend of locally sourced mature cheddar and mozzarella as a base for all of our gourmet toasties, which are then hand pressed on our griddle with the aid of our trusty cast iron press weights. It looks, smells and tastes great!
