As a previous Scottish Chef of the Year Alan works closely with some of the best suppliers in Scotland to create bespoke menus for each individual client to create a truly memorable event tailored to you.
If you are looking for an intimate dinner for you and that special someone, a gathering of friends and family, or a work event we can work with you to produce a menu featuring your favourite ingredients, cuisine, or perhaps recreate a memorable dish from your past.
