Steve took this event despite being on the edge of area. The options he gave us and the service we supplied were excellent. We will certainly use Steve in the future and give him first refusal to attend events due to his dedication and attention to detail in supporting us. Options of the menu were varied with a choice for the vegetarians, something rarely offered by others as they usually dovetail in what they usually have like chips, Steve contacted us and we discussed options long before the event.
