What a superb service Eric and his team delivered. We knew from our initial meeting that Eric was a passionate chef and he put together a menu that reflected our own personal tastes. From a foody family we have high expectations and these were more than met. He is totally at home in the kitchen and was relaxed throughout our wedding meal. Every guest commented on the finess and flavour of the starter and all plates were emptied. Funnily enough many guests have asked for his details so that they can book him themselves. If you are after fine food and a personal approach then book Eric. He understands how to create a special intimate menu and is an exceptional chef. We feel vey lucky to have found him.
