Exceeded Expectations
I cannot thank Eric enough for all of his hard work making my birthday party so fantastic. From start to finish he was well organised, easy to communicate with and helpful. He prepared an amazing barbeque for 24 guests, served and cleared it all away. The food was fantastic; fresh produce, an amazing variety and beautifully flavoured. His "bang-bang chicken" will go down in history. Deserts were delicious and he was able to cater for various dietary requirements. At the end of the event he cleared away without disturbing the flow of the party. For the quality of the food and service, the value for money is outstanding. I cannot recommend his services highly enough. Thank you Eric!
