Excellent set up father and son. On time.
We had the hog roast, with sides that included minted new potatoes, tomato feta basil, absolutely delicious slaw in a vinaigrette dressing. Much nicer I thought than the usual mayo, a personal choice. I’m not a lover of
pork, however all my guests really enjoyed it with many going back, especially good they said was the crackling. Greg asked if I wanted any left over food. A great success thank you Greg.
