Smoulder and Scorch

Smoulder and scorch is a festival or street food style catering company specialising in BBQ and smoked meats. We cook anything from pulled goat to beef burgers. We cook everything over charcoal as we feel it’s the best way to demonstrate a good bbq.
We have packages for our hog roast which is done a little different some of the meat is pulled some smoked and some traditionally roasted, the animal is cut into primal joints and then cooked diffently. We even make sausages from the trimmings, adding more versatility to your event! We have a deep seeded care for the envirmoment we use as little plastic as possible, the front is made from pallets, the bbqs are made from salvage finds or scrap metal from the local engineers work shops!
