The Bone, Bird and BBQ

Hendrik and his team catered for our corporate family BBQ offering an extensive menu. Overall we were happy with the food provided but unfortunately the food service slowed when Hendrik left mid service (he had to leave early) & handed over to the head chef. The starters worked well due to the delayed serving of the main courses; by the time the main courses were ready everyone was hungry and it became apparent that there was not enough food prepared and ready to serve 150 people in one sitting, resulting in some attendees waiting even longer for the next batch of food to be prepared and served. That being said when the food was ready it was good and tasted delicious!
