About The Firefly
Our pizzas are hand-stretched and cooked in our 400°c oven in just 90 seconds in traditional Neapolitan style. We use Italian buffalo mozzarella and san marzano tomatoes for an authentic Italian flavour.
Each of our menu creations is extensively tested in our home-made wood-fired oven, crafted from clay, stone, sand and straw
. We then recreate these in our mobile ovens at events. We are committed to minimising waste and use only recyclable and biodegradable sugar cane plates and 100% compostable pizza boxes.
