The Ginistry

At The Ginistry we create unique G&T's by combining craft distilled gins with the finest tonics and mixers and fresh spice, herb and fruit garnishes. We create a bespoke menu for each event that we visit by selecting gins from the best local distilleries and utilising the best seasonal and regional fresh produce. This helps us to promote the finest local suppliers to the visitors of each event.

We love to be creative with our flavours and can offer cocktails when required, we've also been known to create themed drinks in brand colours and to even match a wedding scheme!

Our drinks are served from our beautifully renovated Citroen H Van which fits perfectly into any location. Its been delicately restored and has been designed to operate as a specialist mobile Gin Bar. We have a van and trailer to move the vehicle nationwide, however it also fully roadworthy and is nimble enough to operate in the streets of the city.

With a second vintage wood effect bar we are also able to offer an indoor Gin Bar or tastings or Gin talks if required. We are fully licensed and insured and have vast experience in completing various events of different sizes! Our flexibility means that we can offer a variety of payment methods, including a cash bar or a pre-paid option.
