The Roof Garden was booked for our joint 50th birthday party. The good reviews & look of the trailer fitted our theme. We paid the full price before party. 2 hrs before our guests arrived Kim called saying she would not be attending due to staffing. With no other options, we persuaded Kim to come & accepted there would be no trailer & food not ready until 10pm, 2 hrs late. We agreed food could be prepared & served in our house. Kim arrived at 10pm, 2 of our guests worked with her for 1 1/2 hours, food was served at 11.30pm, 1/3 of our guests had gone home by then. It ruined our party for us & the final settlement we had to agree to did not compensate sufficiently. The food was very nice when it was eventually put out.
