Rented a fridge trailer fo my wedding. Brilliant.

The trailer we hired was 'unavailable' so they brought a Sprinter refrigeration van. This was larger than the trailer we had booked, which we appreciated, however we were only able to store drinks in there as the fruit and herbs (which we also wanted to store refrigerated) would have been tainted by the terrible smell of fish.
It was also concerning that there were no 'out of hours' contact facilities.
Can't fault the driver or price though.

It was very good value. Unfortunately it arrived an hour and a half late and I wasn't left with any storage units or a key to lock it or an extra long extension lead. Although I really need them that day it couldn't be delivered till early the next morning. Everything arrived the next morning apart from the key to lock the doors of the refrigerator which never happened and we just had to risk that nobody would break in I must stress it was all sorted in the end but had left me worried in the meantime as we have to pay a lot of money excess for any damage that may happen. It didn't, so all was well.

VMS stepped in at the last minute to save my 50th birthday party! I had 200 people invited to a field during what turned out to be the hottest weekend of the year - there were no other refrigerated trailers anywhere else in the country - VMS were able to step in and provide a fantastic solution, at the best national price, at 24 hours notice, all that on a Sunday afternoon ! Friendly, supportive, personal customer service all at the end of a mobile, instantly available! Couldn't have asked for better set of last minute problem solvers! Thank you for making it happen!

They delivered on time and communicated the time slot effectively. Just what we needed for a wedding. Everything worked perfectly.
