Wild Fork West

We use local, seasonal produce to make delicious, wholesome, and beautiful food. As well as great food, we make great drinks and ensure a great atmosphere, all brought together by charming staff.

Wild Fork West is led by Michael Holloway, who lives with his young family in Larkhall, Bath. Michael began cooking professionally at Market, a local bistro, in London's Camden Town. He has since cooked at The National Gallery, The Royal Academy, and Bath’s favorite restaurant, Clayton’s Kitchen, as well as for The Boston Tea Party, a sustainable cafe group. Michael also has extensive experience cooking as a private chef.
