My name is Mike - I'm the Owner and founder of Wilson & Wilson Catering Co.

My mission is to deliver real charcoal and wood-fired BBQ food, made with fresh British ingredients offering homemade recipes that have mouth-watering flavours.

I have designed a great range of recipes including spicy BBQ wings, homemade lamb patties and smoky wood-fired roasts (a great hog roast alternative).

I offer a unique bespoke catering service for your party, wedding, or event.

I use restaurant grade lump wood charcoal and wood, rather than gas, which avoids the use of fire lighters or charcoal briquettes - these often have chemicals or glues in them which can taint the flavour of the food.

At Wilson & Wilson Catering Co we try to use biodegradable and recyclable packaging as much as possible which keeps our carbon foot print to a minimum. Ash from the BBQ goes into my own homemade compost for my own garden or given away to any keen veg grower.

Need a cold buffet for an event? No problem! I offer a range of handmade, homemade goodies - chargrilled chicken sandwiches, sausage rolls, red Leicester cheesy straws, as well as a great selection of salads just to name a few.
