The ice cream van turned up at the right time, looked beautiful, clean and attractive. Talked to the organisers about where to pitch, and worked with us with no whinging (yes, you can tell we've had previous bad experiences).
Everyone who bought ice creams, including me - was impressed with the friendly service, the varied selection and the quality of the products. Sadly, our event was not as well attended as we had hoped, but when we have decided on next year's programme, I do hope Regency Ice Cream will come, although it is quite a long way for the vehicle to travel.
