Yes Chef were able to attend my event at short notice and were not put off by the fact that it was a first event and I could not confirm any numbers, they made additions to their menu when requested. Communication leading up to event was good, they arrived on the day with plenty of time to set up and have a very impressive looking wagon. The staff were very friendly and professional and my guests were very happy with the food and food choices. Thanks so much guys
