What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To enable us to provide a quotation for a customer, we need to know the type of event, the number of guests, the date and time, and the venue. As we tailor our menus to suit the individual customer, it is helpful to know the budget. From this information, we will be able to use our expertise to produce a total meal experience that the customer would be proud to serve to their guests.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask the provider about the provenance of the dishes. Discuss the menu, and ask why they serve the dishes that they do. Ask what makes their offering different from everyone else.
