What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To gain a comprehensive quote as an organiser of any event, in the first instance we would require the event date, venue location, type of event, estimated number of guests attending, whether its an outdoor or indoor event. We can then provide the customer with a suitable and beneficial event package provided by our exceptional and outstanding team of experts.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In the first instance, find out what services the provider offers. Make sure they are competent at what they say they can offer, maybe check their resume, testimonials or a website if they have one. Make sure they are reputable and reliable. Compare and contrast quotes from other suppliers within the same location to assure you are getting the best deal and services for your requirements.
