What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
Where the event is and the type of event are the first things we need to know. Next, it's the number of guests this is for and if there are any special dietary requirements. Finally, payment method, budget spend per head and the type of venue that the event is to be held in.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
How did you find me? Have you checked my previous work out? Are you aware of any other business I may own and have you checked these out? What are my qualifications and do I have a proven track record?
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Kraken Fish & Chips was created to compliment my other food and beverage businesses. I have longed to own a piece of history so what better way than a classic 1972 Hvan? The food we serve is all about fresh local and tasty ingredients, I wanted to have a version of gluten-free food that everyone could eat but did not have an effect on the taste or quality.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I am new to this platform, although so far I have found it great for leads and also very very slick, it was recommended to me by another user who regularly gets bookings this way, and I will do what I can to promote this platform as I really enjoy using it.
