It’s really helpful to know as close to guest numbers as possible; this can be tweaked closer to the date.

Location- even roughly gives us an idea on mileage and travel time.
An area of hard standing for our catering unit and whether we can plug into electricity just for lights and a small fridge, is helpful too.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at the business profile on here and social media platforms- there are often more reviews on pages such as Facebook, too.
Have a chat with the potential vendor- you can get a feel for their professionalism, during a quick chat.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started this business following the covid era; my previous career (working as a Flight Attendant on private jets 25 years) was badly affected by the economic downturn. There was a gap in the market where I’m based- I’m such a foodie, it seemed a natural transition to offer delicious fish and chips and still provide exceptional customer service.

Just last weekend we were booked by a lovely couple for a big birthday bash- it was a beautiful event to be a part of and to get lovely feedback is such a buzz!
