What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
Basically, to be able to offer our most competitive quote we need the date and number of guests. We need as much information as possible. We are a high-end company, but we don’t charge high end prices so you are in safe hands. We have over 25 years experience in the trade!
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would basically first and foremost ask where their reviews are, other than Add to Event. How long they have been trading; being VAT registered is also a good thing as it shows they are doing well and trading legally. Most importantly, where they get their produce and if everything is home made.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
The Chichester Hog Squad has been going for a number of years now. There is about 30 of us and we have some very experienced staff who love what they do. We are very passionate about making your catering the
best possible. There is nothing we don’t do - from hog roast to haggis.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have been using Add to Event successfully now for a number of years and have some great reviews. If I could pick one favourite event, it would be a golden anniversary party we did.
