What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order to provide a quote, we need to know what date the Hot Tub is required for and where the customer is located.
We like to know what to expect at the customer's location so would like to know if there is an outdoor tap, outdoor socket and a nearby drain. None of these is essential to the setup but we will need to work with the customer to figure out a solution.
Next will be the location of the Hot Tub, ideally on a patio but it can be on reasonably level grass, it can be situated on the decking in certain circumstances.
Also, we would like to be told if there are any garden access issues and if there are any parking issues.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a Hot Tub supplier I would check out their profile page, their reviews, which will give you a feel for the company and their website.
Then ask about the process of setting up and collection of the Hot Tub, this will give you an idea of how professionally run the company is.
Ask what is included in the price offered and ask if there are any hidden extras.

Tubbly Bubbly was created to bridge a gap for Hot Tub suppliers in Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire.
Having seen how highly-priced other suppliers were we felt we could offer a better, more efficient service and cost-effective service.
We are a local, family-run business, enjoy immensely meeting new customers each week and love having a natter.
