What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
Welcome to Lay-z-days Hot tubs for all your party needs! In order to provide customers with the most accurate quotation, we will need to first know a full postcode so we can check if we cover your area and provide a fuel quotation for this if necessary. Secondly, we will need to know the preferred date of hire along with any equipment or package wanting to hire. For Foam cannon hire please specify if your event is indoor or outdoor? We are happy to put together a package to suit your budget or specific requests, if you have any questions please contact us. We are 5 * rated.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking for a provider in your local area be sure to check out their background, are they fully registered & insured? Are they qualified or experienced in their service? Compare prices and quality of service to other companies as cheap isn't always better!
Most importantly check for recent reviews, Have other customers had a pleasant experience using the provider's service? if not ask questions. Do your research to make sure you're fully happy before parting with any pennies.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We are a family run business, I am Martin, the founder of Lay-z-days hot tubs. The first point of call you will speak with is my wife Tracy, Tracy is brilliant at her job our customers all say she has great customer service and is an asset to the company, Tracy deals mainly with the hires, she makes sure everything runs smoothly and that everything is ready for your hire, on busier occasions you may see Tracy out on deliveries and if she's not busy in the office she will be creating new designs or packages for the business with her very creative side, cleaning the Hot tubs ready for hire or doing admin duties. Myself -Martin, I deal with all the Hot tub hire onsite deliveries along with all the sales side, my knowledge of the industry is second to none so if you need any advice please contact me, if I'm not out on deliveries I will be with dealing with the sales side, out servicing Hot tubs, cleaning the hot tubs ready for hire or helping Tracy with new projects for the company.
In the beginning, we started hiring Hot tubs, We got to know our customers personally learning exactly what they wanted and striving to bring the best possible service, Some of our customers would like to hire a hot tub before they made the next step decision to buy their own, Others would like a non-hassle hot tub hire without any mess - where we deliver, set up a hot tub only or themed party such as UV/ mermaid/football/ unicorn etc and then we collect and clear away after their party, allowing ladies & gents to fully relax stress-free.
Looking back to the beginning- I worked full time in a factory and struggled to juggle full-time work and the demand for my hot tub hire service, It seemed the more people heard of lay-z-days the busier I got, which I was thankful for as I was always taught by my parents to follow my passion and work hard to reach my goals, I then went part-time at my current job and a few years later made the decision to go full time with lay-z-days, Fast forward to 2019, I now have a reputable company with a great customer base which is also 5* rated, although it's not always been easy I've had to learn a lot along the way, I trained my way through various courses, tutorials and met with many lovely people in the Hot tub & Foam party industry to learn as much as possible.
Over many years we have dealt with a lot of spas and people. In the beginning, hot tubs were big, bulky and heavy items with lots of pipes costing several thousands of pounds or more until the lay-z-spa was born and it didn't stop there. With this innovative and not surprisingly extremely popular design comes a whole load of extras, that you can also buy in our store today.
As we hire hot tubs, we are fully hands-on - "Bishta Hot Tub trained" to the correct standard in the industry, so we know what we are talking about when it comes to maintaining your spa, cleaning, setting up, lowering energy costs, best add on items and much more, we work daily with hot tubs so are not just a sales company that ships a box to customers, we know the industry and are happy to provide as much advice as possible.
We love our job and are passionate at what we do, we have recently found a new passion for UV glow and have made some great UV glowing packages which are extremely popular. When hiring with us you deal directly with us ( the owners) so you can guarantee attention to detail and a high standard of service.
