What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote the key things we ideally need are the event date, type of event, number of guests, location (even if you haven't chosen a venue yet, knowing the potential town is really helpful) and finally what bar you would ideally like for your special event. Once we have this information we will then send over a full quote, complete with all the information you need to make the right decision for you.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First...check out reviews. You can't get better than third party validation! If others are loving the service of the bar you are interested in then chances are you will too! People only review a service if they really felt it was exceptional so this will also give you peace of mind you are making the right decision!
Second... I would recommend questioning how the bar will be staffed on the day and how many Bartenders you will have to cover your bar for your event. Having an adequately staffed bar is the difference between your day running seamlessly without any long waits for drinks. No one likes having to wait for a drink!
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Our dream to own a bar has been something we had considered for quite some time but alongside building a family our dream kept being pushed to the side to make way for other things. However, In Summer 2018 we attended a very dear friend’s wedding and whilst standing in the Sunshine sipping on some bubbles we started to discuss owning our own bar once again and there began a lot of research into how we could make it happen. Our passion for providing 1st class customer service in everything we do is our priority as well as serving good quality drinks & ensuring our guests have the best time with us!
