For us to provide a comprehensive and detailed quote to a customer, ideally we need the date of the event, timings of the event, estimated number of guests, whether it's an indoor or outdoor event, potential venue and a brief description of the event - then we can put together a detailed quotation.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly, ask the mobile bar company about the business and the products that they can offer. What are their USP's that allow them to stand out from the other providers in the area or those in the same field? Ask them about their experiences and knowledge in regards to the services that they provide and how they can tailor it to the customers' needs and requirements. Also ask about events that they've attended and follow them on social media platforms so that you can do your own research and 'get a feel' for the
provider in question.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
BeetleJuice North East was born from having a passion for and long standing experience in the drinks industry, as well as a desire to offer something different and unique. Having worked in the industry for around 15 years it was time to go it alone and bring a concept that was truly eye catching and one that would most certainly stand out from the crowd in a heavily competitive category.
We've always striven to provide world class service with passion, commitment and flair and to give people a day that they'll never forget. With a little help from Vera we can really come and get the party started.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
What can I say about Add To Event, the platform is top drawer and a fabulous way to engage with customers and also as a networking tool for the hospitality industry. I recommend it to all my colleagues and peers as it is a great way to increase their business profile and productivity.
An event that we did recently was for a christening at a customer's house. They were looking for something different and when we arrived they were blown away by what we could do and offer. Vera was prepared and ready for the christening party with welcome drinks, music, bespoke menus and lots of smiles. We ended up staying for an additional 2 hours - we were that well received! Mostly down to our attitude in going the extra mile. We received fantastic reviews and are looking to be re-booked for future events. Repeat custom is one of the most important trends for a business
