What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a client, we simply need the event date, event occasion, how many hours hire required, and what time they want it to start from. Having some event theme information will also help us to personalise the experience even more!
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do some research into the company, there have been many one-man bands out there that have failed to deliver by either not showing up or not providing the service they've been asked for. We have saved a lot of Brides this year from disappearing vendors, Make sure their reviews are tight, compare their prices and if they are oddly cheaper than the majority, you most certainly have to ask why?
We deal with some of the most special days of people lives, for that you need countability, reliability and passion for what it is you do to make that experience the best it can be.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started out as a photo booth attendant years ago, I enjoyed it, making people laugh, smile and being a part of making people happy, I wanted to take it to the next level and offer more, compounding packages together to make it easier for our clients, with an honest price, and a great experience.
I take pride in Halo knowing that everything we provide is of top quality and service, and it makes me feel good knowing that we are helping everyone have a fantastic time. what's not to like about that?
I especially like it when we get to be creative, for some crazy theme, making a totally unique event.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
The best event we've done so far has to be the Fest festival we did earlier this year, the set up was crazy, outdoor massive Tipis with more vendors doing different things than you have ever seen! the people were fantastic, we got some fantastic shots on our photo booth for that evening, people just didn't stop queuing up!
We also got the get creative with dressing the photo booth up in a festival theme, with festival templates and festival styled props.
We had some fantastic feedback from that event, and everyone had plenty of pictures to take home for a keepsake.
