What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you're looking for a photographer, ask if they are qualified and if so what are their qualifications. You want someone who is a professional for your event, so this is a key factor. Ask them how many years they've been a photographer and ask to see several examples of their work (this will give you an idea of how good they are and what type of events they have done in the past).
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I have always loved photography. After bringing my daughter up on my own, I went to college in the evening to study photography, never dreaming that 12 years on I'd have a full blown full time business out of it. I love my work and focus on all areas of photography. With years of experience, I like the variety of work my career brings me. Each event is different and I can't wait for the future!
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I've had lots of requests through Add to Event, but most of the dates that come through, I'm already booked for. Weddings are extremely hard work, and if captured properly we work very hard on every event to get the very best out of the booking for you.
