What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
An area of about 15 feet wide to accommodate the sound system with a power supply nearby, a contact number for the venue to determine setting up times, number of guests, time start and finish times, the occasion and date.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always helps to know what the occasion is for. Details about person/persons of interest, any useful information ages, people of interest present or who have come from abroad and type of music preferred with maybe that one very, very special song.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Love of music. Discovering that I had a natural ability to sing when I went to a recording studio to record a couple of songs for fun. All, including me were very surprised and encouraged to carry on. Performing is very special.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
March 2022, I have had no bookings as yet as I've only just joined Add to Event. Will hopefully be coming back here to add more in time. It looks promising so watch this space.
