The price, communication and overall service was exceptional. We booked a 16 seater for teenagers transport to and from a festival. We communicated on a number of occasions leading up to the date and I always got a speedy response.
Richard took the best care and made the journey fun for them. He gave them a bluetooth speaker to use on the bus and stopped at services on the way home to let them all get food, adding an extra hour to his planned trip.
I can't recommend Bibby enough.
