It all started when I visited the United States and experienced how different food combinations can make for such great-tasting food! I was honestly impressed with how great some of the food was, and it really made me realise how many flavour combinations are possible and how much potential there is for new and innovative flavours.

I have been working as a chef for 17 years and have always dreamed of starting my own business. I want to make food more fun and creative, and add my own knowledge that I learned from working in a 5-star hotel about quality food, presentation, and how to make any dish more gourmet.

I believe I can give the street food industry a perfect twist! Our mission is to bring good food to as many people as possible and to see the happiness and appreciation on their faces when they taste it. We want everyone to experience the joy of good food.
