Choux Stopper “street food patissier” was established in September 2015 by pastry chef; Simon Northcott. Simon is passionate about food and wanted a way in which he could bring his “award winning” dessert ideas to market, whilst maintaining his own identity and creative ideas.
Simon regularly trades at some of the biggest food markets throughout Hertfordshire, Cambridge and London as well as private catering for corporate events and weddings
