About Communic8 Hire
We're a West Wales based event hire company that supply both private and commerical clients. We've covered a vast range of events around South West Wales from charity events, corporate conferences, athletics events, live music evenings and much more.
We have a growing client base due to our 'one stop shop' for many event organisers or those looking for event services. We have a friendly but professional approach to our work being able to help out and give advice wherever possible. We hire around South and Mid Wales, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to make sure we are on site when you need it.

Great service
Needed uv lighting for a child's party in a village hall. They advised on how many lights I needed. We arranged the accessories, cables clamps and the safety cables. The lights were in a massive padded box, pick and drop off all went smoothly. I was in constant contact with Callum even though I know they were very busy with another event. We highly recommend this company, very helpful, friendly and efficient.

Callum and the Communic8 team provided a very professional and friendly service. We hired a projector and screen for our first cardiac mri course at St Jospehs hospital in Newport. Callum not only set up the equipment but was instrumental in configuring the whole room and suggesting the perfect layout with the tables and chairs to maximize our delegates experience of the event.
Absolutely superb service
Great service, right from the initial enquiry to the event, and the setting up was done by two of the nicest people you could meet. We had the most atrocious weather on the day, including lightning, and received a phone call from Callum part way through to check everything was still okay with the system, amplifiers and wireless microphones; their forward planning of providing waterproof systems was very well thought through!
