Combining Nigel's 20 years of culinary experience in some of London's most prestigious restaurants and event caterers along with his Degree in Nutrition, ComplEAT are able to offer a varied menu selection to suit all requirements and budgets. Services include, but are not limited to, 3 course fine dining lunches and dinners, buffets dinner parties at home, office lunches, office party catering, barbecues, tailor made menus and health conscious meals
