About Flying Saucer Vintage Crockery Hire
Flying Saucer Vintage Crockery hire provide exquisite matching trios - cup, saucer and tea plate and other fine English bone china items, complete with all the cutlery and crockery you need for your vintage themed event. Our pieces have been carefully chosen to complement each other with floral patterns, gold gilding and a range of colours - a lovely way to make your event beautiful and memorable.
Hiring from us is easy. We have a range of packages to choose from but can also put together a bespoke package to meet your requirements. We deliver direct to the venue in good time the day before the event and collect the crockery afterwards - and prices include a full washing up service too!
Our beautiful vintage crockery looks fabulous but it's also lovely for guests to use. Whether your event is a small gathering for a few friends or a wedding reception for 100 guests, we promise to bring something special to the party!
We are based in Hindhead, Surrey but we're happy to delivery throughout Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire, and further afield too.

From start to finish, we had amazing friendly service from Trisha. All crockery arrived in organised boxes which made it easier to set up and return. The crockery was in excellent condition and made my Nans surprise 80th Afternoon Tea party outstanding and we had many compliments from guests. Amazing!!
We hired for a retirement tea party. We received fantastic service and communication from start to finish. Trisha and her friend helped assemble the cake stands and helped us pack away, saving us so much time. The Crockery was all stunning and we had so many compliments from all our guests. Vintage teacups and saucers for a wedding
I ordered 60 teacups and saucers for a wedding on 23 April 2022. They arrived as ordered in boxes and were a lovely mixed collection. Wrappings were provided and they went back dirty on the Sunday. I am delighted with them and would recommend them to anyone else needing pretty china for an afternoon event.
