We are a husband and wife team with over 12 years experience in the catering industry. We have worked for Jamie Oliver and we were was trained by Chris Bianco, a pizza chef based in Arizona, who was recently the star of an episode of Chef’s Table on Netflix.

Our current set up is a smart gazebo that houses our portable gas fired Ooni ovens. We use environmentally friendly pizza boxes & napkins.

We can create an exciting and modern menu that is different for each event and personalised to you & your guests. We are looking forward to hearing from you!
