GigLoo began as part of the John Dennis Group building fire engines, and we come with the strength and reputation associated with a family born brand, with longevity and integrity. Along with short and long-term hire options, we also manufacture and sell our range of units which we supply to order through our build slots.

Toilets for a classical concert

Good Service - Shame About The Mistake!
I had been liaising with Gigloos well before the event and they were very professional, quick to respond and helpful throughout the process. I called and asked Gigloos two weeks before the event if sinks could be provided in all of the portable toilets for my event. They confirmed this and sent email conformation. However, unfortunately when they arrived they did not have sinks, and once I arrived on site this was too late to do anything about.
Sam confirmed after the event that this was a mistake on their part, that when they were delivered they weren't checked properly, and he offered a discount for my next order.
Other than this mistake, the service was good, the portable toilets were of good quality and guests were happy! :)
The guys who set up the loos were great!
Really good communication from head office. The guys who delivered and collected the loos were great and had a brilliant sense of humour and even spent time looking for a mobile phone that was suspected to have been dropped in one of the loos!! We would definitely book them again!

Great service, very impressed
I am event organiser with about 15 years' experience and it's always a total pleasure to find great suppliers who offer excellent customer service and a good product. I actually booked these guys for a private party at my house - small beans really but they treated me as well as if I'd booked a massive order for a festival, and that to me is the sign of great service. From Annika in the office who kept in touch throughout to the lovely delivery guy who was super helpful, the whole experience was great. And the loo was clean and well maintained. Great job everyone at Gigloo, you're doing it right.
Brillinat service throughout and really good loos
From start to finish could not fault the service. Friendly and efficient to book up and communicate with. Delivered early by friendly driver with no fuss. Main thing is though that really good quality loos with wash basins, hand soaps, towels, loo rolls, mirror, even a shelf! Would highly recommend and thank you to Gigloo for such a good service.
