Graft Pizza

We'll bring our stylish pop-up pizzeria to your special occasion and cook our pizzas under a rolling flame that reaches up to 500 degrees celsius.

All of our pizzas are made in the Neapolitan style - with some of our own unique takes on the classics.

Our dough contains only Tipo “00” flour, water, salt and fresh yeast. It’s proved for 24 hours minimum. This creates a depth of flavour, a “crunchy but soft” texture and an airy crust, which is light and easily digestible.

We use Fior Di Latte mozzarella and only San Marzano (DOP) tomatoes & sea salt for the sauce.
