Hi, I’m Harry, the founder of Harry Sounds!

I’m a professional DJ and pianist with over 15 years of experience. That’s not all, I’m also a self-taught lighting designer with a passion for music and events too. When it comes to DJ equipment, sound and lighting, there’s no one better equipped than me!

ABOUT ME
I’ve always loved music, it was evident when I taught myself to play the piano at the age of 5. Fast forward to my teens and that love only grew. I invested in my first DJ laptop and set of speakers at 13 and that’s when my career began.

Over the next few years, I found myself playing at local parties and balls, which earned me a reputation. Soon after that, I became the resident DJ at Dallas Burston Polo Club. After a fantastic year at the polo grounds, I landed my dream job as resident DJ at the infamous Pub Mont Fort, in the Swiss ski resort of Verbier. Alongside my residency, I would DJ in private chalets, including the famous Lodge, owned by Richard Branson, and Chalet No. 14. I also worked with Kando Events, Verbier’s premier luxury events company, to bring the music to their slopeside parties.

On returning home, I felt the need to bring my expertise and creative flair to UK-based events that were missing that personal touch. I have been executing bespoke parties for individuals all across the UK and Europe for the last 10 years, creating unforgettable experiences through nothing less than raw talent, the best DJ equipment and bespoke setups.

In fact, I want to help you out, which is why I’m introducing Mid Hire to my roster of expert music and event services. This is a form of dry hire service whereby I’ll provide you with the very best lighting, sound and, of course, DJ equipment so that you can blow your guests away with a professional setup at a reduced cost.
