We sell a range of Texas style smoked BBQ: smoked brisket, hot links, pulled pork etc along with a selection of mac,n,cheese and vegan and vegetarian options. All of which can be served from either our street food trailer, gazebo or horse box.

All of our products are made by our team using top quality locally sourced fresh ingredients.

We smoke all our meats for a minimum of 8 hours using traditional methods , a mixture of oak and cherry woods, our secret recipe BBQ rub and top-quality meats ensuring we get the tastiest most succulent result to serve to you.

All of the packaging we use is either recycled or bio degradable and we make every effort as a company to ensure we are as green and environmentally aware as possible.

We have an extensive event menu but we are also able to offer a more bespoke service to meet all of your requirements and with over 20 years high level catering experience you know your event is in safe hands.
