James Barlow provides effortless live vocals covering a wide range of styles and genres, perfect for your Evening Party or Event, Wedding Breakfast, Formal or Informal Dinner or Drinks Reception.
In the evening, accompanied by his stunning sound and lighting set up, James provides a seamless mix of music. Alongside his live singing, James is a highly experienced DJ, and will ensure all of your guests are on the dance floor whatever their age or music taste.
Enjoy drinks, inside or outside, accompanied by James’ laid back vocals - a mix of relaxed 'live lounge' style acoustic covers, laid back classic soul and love songs, some swing and jazz, or something livelier if you prefer.
Have James entertain you and your guests while you dine – by the end of your meal, everyone will be singing along, waving arms in the air and even dancing around the tables! James also acts as your host and MC, introducing you into the room to one of your favourites tracks, getting everyone involving in the clapping and cheering, as well as introducing your speeches.

Fantastic voice
Despite a minor hiccup in the beginning, James gave us a lovely performance of Christmas songs and really got us in the mood. We all had a good sing along and we were all thoroughly entertained.

From the get go, James contacted me and introduced himself properly, he gave me a phone call and he was really down to earth in how he spoke! He took all my song requests on board and even my personal announcement. He was amazing setting up I didn’t even notice he was there, and his singing was incredible. Fab singer and DJ!
We hired James for a festival themed work event last Friday for an acoustic late afternoon session, and a late-night DJ session and both of his sets were fantastic. His set list perfectly matched the atmosphere we were hoping to achieve at each stage of the evening, and he kept the party going until the end! I’ve received endless comments on how successful the night was and a large part of that was due to James. Thank you for helping us host such a brilliant event!
What a brilliant evening
James can to sing at my 60th birthday dinner. From the outset his communication was excellent. He arrived on time and played throughout the evening and stayed on a bit longer as nobody wanted him to leave. He created such a good atmosphere with his choice of songs. Thank you James.
