About Keystone Pizzeria
Keystone Pizzeria is a mobile service offering authentic wood fired pizza.
We are an established family business based near Bridgwater in Somerset, but our custom designed Mercedes van, allows us to travel and offer our services around the country.
Our aim is to offer authentic, artisan wood fired pizzas, made using the finest, locally sourced ingredients and toppings.
Our Mozzarella is sourced from the heart of Somerset, a stone’s throw away from Glastonbury Tor. Sourced from Brue Valley Farms, who have the skills and knowledge to produce the finest quality to make a deliciously creamy product.
Only the best San Marzano tomatoes are used to help create our delicious tomato sauce, which originates from a small town near Naples, Italy, and are grown in volcanic soil in the shadows of Mount Vesuvius.
Our pizzas are cooked in an Italian wood fired oven, following the Neapolitan mastery of cooking the pizza in a 400 degree heat for about 90 seconds to create our perfect pizzas.

Lovely people and absolutely splendid pizzas
A neat van that does not take up too much space. All very organised, great quality ingredients and a simple but good menu choice. We would most definitely have them back again.
Another good and "green" point is that they serve on to plates, therefore no boxes and assorted rubbish to contend with

The pizzas were out of this world and lived up to their mouth-watering descriptions. They were light, crispy and loaded with first class ingredients.
